Good explanation of procedure during appointment. It would have been nice to have a paper explaining a proposed surgery to take home and share with other family members. I do understand that this particular surgery is not common, so unlikely to have an information sheet readily available.

November 10, 2015

Dr. Munz was very knowledgeable about the procedures that would be performed.

August 11, 2015

Dr. Muntz is our favorite. I can't imagine seeing someone else.

May 13, 2015

He was AWESOME! My son felt totally at ease. He now refers to Dr. Muntz as "the funny guy who made me laugh'"

May 05, 2015

dr. Munoz was very informative and explained everything well. he spent good quality time with us.

February 06, 2015

Had seen another doctor prior, wanted a second opinion. This doctor addressed concerns and took the time to help put us at ease. He spoke directly to our son and included him in areas of the conversation. We left knowing that we had made the best decision in seeing this doctor for medical care.

January 20, 2015

my son has many doctors and Dr. Muntz is always his favorite

November 23, 2014

we love dr. Muntz!

November 11, 2014

I have nothing but exceptional office visits with Dr Muntz every time. He is very thorough and absolutely wonderful with my son

November 06, 2014

I felt my doctor was knowledgeable but his examination of my son was skimmed over and not thorough enough.

November 04, 2014

Dr. Muntz always puts my child at ease and explains everything in terms I can understand.

October 13, 2014

doctor munz is the best

August 26, 2014

When he found out that I was going to have to make two separate trips for two different appointments he immediately went to work on getting them on the same day. Within 10 minutes my appointment had been changed so that I only would need to make one trip. I was very impressed! He was so good with my child and was able to talk to him and put him at ease (even though he is just a baby it makes a difference when the doctor will talk to my child!)

April 15, 2014

I feel very confident in Dr Muntz knowledge and abilities. I like how he interacted with my daughter. But after he left the room, I was a little confused on what our next step was. But I got it clarified from the MA and then the next step from the nurse when I called in.

January 26, 2014

Sometimes it seems like he is in a rush and I have to hurry and ask questions. Also sometimes he is quite busy typing on his computer and I wonder if he hears my questions.

January 10, 2014

Dr. Muntz helped me better understand my son's medical condition immensely. I feel more at ease knowing what steps are next and feel very confident in all the information he provided to me. My current questions regarding my son have been answered and I look forward to working further with Dr. Muntz.

December 27, 2013

Muntz is great!

October 19, 2013

Dr. Muntz has been a blessing to my two girls over the years.

October 16, 2013

He's great. He makes things clear without talking down to me. Ahhhhh, what a relief! I've spent whole days at PCMC being spoken to as if I were a 5 yr. old.

September 23, 2013

He is VERY down to earth with me without making me feel stupid!

September 03, 2013

He has always been so nice and understanding to my worries.

August 10, 2013

he answered all my questions and the ones I didn't have he is indeed a very good doctor

June 22, 2013

I have complete confidence in dr Muntz. I have already referred someone to him. I trust no one else with my sons ears. He is a wonderful doctor.

May 28, 2013

Dr Muntz is amazing. He always greets our children first. They are the one that the visit is for. He gives them five and talks to them on their level. He tries to tell them about what he is going to do and make it fun for them while we are there. He is amazing in that way and in his level of skill as an ENT. He is truly phenomenal.

May 20, 2013

Definitely. He is very good.

March 29, 2013

Best explanation EVER on why we're proceeding as we are.

March 11, 2013

We like Dr. Muntz. He has always been very friendly and very concerned. He has always talked with us and answered all questions we have had. I have and do recommend him to anyone I know who needs to see an ENT.

February 08, 2013

We had an excellent experience. Dr. Muntz listened very attentively and explained everything very well. He was also great to answer any questions we had.

February 05, 2013

I have already recommended dr Muntz to a friend. I have total confidence in him and his abilities.

January 31, 2013

Dr. Muntz is good at describing the problem. He is very thorough and I don't really have to ask to many questions after he explains everything.

January 28, 2013

Harlan is great! We typically have a longer wait time (compared to other doctors) when we see him, but I understand that he is taking time with his patients and appreciate that.

January 28, 2013

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Muntz. He has seen 4 out of our 5 children. He listens to me completely. He is worried about the overall health of the child and I feel like he sees me as a valuable part of the "team". I have met with many doctors and some don't listen because I don't have years of medical experience. I think Dr. Muntz understands that I know my child better than anyone on the planet and he takes that into account as he helps me make decisions regarding my child's care. I LOVE Dr. Muntz. He is truly an amazing doctor who still loves what he does after all these years. (Our oldest daughter saw him over 9 years ago). He is so good with the kids, makes them laugh, tries to make it happy and talks to them first because really they are why we are there.

January 28, 2013

wE SAW Dr. munz 8 years ago and remembered we liked him so much we came back to him.

January 19, 2013

Dr. Muntz is always willing to take the time and answer questions no matter how insignificant or off-topic they may seem. He is also very willing to take the time to help my husband to understand visually what is happening through the use of pictures and diagrams. This helps him feel more included and is greatly appreciated. Dr. Muntz is one I do refer people to even though we live in Idaho.

December 10, 2012

Dr. Muntz and Dr. Hoffman are terrific doctors.

October 08, 2012

Dr. Muntz spoke to Nick first upon entering the room and he made sure that i understood everything about Nick's care.

October 03, 2012

Loved Dr. Munz

September 15, 2012

Was nervous to go to a doctor I had never heard of before, but Dr. Muntz was great!!! He made me feel confident in his work, and am glad we were refered to him. I look forward in going ahead with treatment for my son.

August 16, 2012

Dr. Munz was very nice. He explained things well and listened to me.

August 13, 2012

We were very impressed with Dr. Muntz.

August 13, 2012

Dr Muntz is very helpful, caring and very personable.

June 20, 2012

Dr. Muntz has and is always wonderful and would receive a 5 all the way down the board

June 18, 2012

I have always recommended Dr. Muntz to anyone who has a child with ENT issues. He has been my son's doctor for almost 18yrs.

June 18, 2012

Although we did wait for a considerable amount of time before being seen, once in the exam room we never felt as though we were being rushed, everyone took the time needed to properly diagnose the problem and it's solution, and had the patience needed to work with our mildly cranky child

June 08, 2012

He made the visit fun for my two year old. The doctor got my two year old interested by talking about birds tweeting in his ear.

April 27, 2012

Dr. Muntz is an amazing doctor and in the four years that he has been our daughter's doctor we have never felt like she was getting anything but the very best care. Dr. Muntz is absolutely an amazing doctor and there are not enough words to express our deep appreciation for what he has done for Abbie.

March 30, 2012

So grateful for Dr. Muntz he is such a great doctor!

March 06, 2012

I recommend him to everyone!

February 07, 2012

Dr. Muntz was wonderful! He is a brilliant physician, that is obvious! It is very sad that the staff in the clinic can't function at a higher level! With some courtesy and dignity towards the patient!

February 02, 2012

Absolutely LOVE dr Muntz! I was an unplanned appointment, but due to a post op medical problem they had me come in? Dr Muntz was in the OR that day, and still came and saw my son and treated him! He spent time, explains everything very well, and always listens and addresses my questions and concerns! I truly appreciate him and all he does! Even with his being in the OR and us getting "squeezed" in between his surgeries, we still had very short wait times and was treated extremely well! As I stated at the beginning.....We absolutely LOVE Dr. Muntz!

January 26, 2012

Dr. Muntz I feel is very caring and knowledgeable in his specialty. I appreciate the care and concern he shows during visits.

January 19, 2012

Dr Muntz was very concerned about Lucas and the condition of his ear. He took the situation very seriously and did not discount my concerns as Lucas' mother. I appreciated his willingness to take the situation so seriously and give my son the proper care that he needed.

January 06, 2012

Dr. Muntz didn't tell us about follow up, but his nurse did.
