  • Jeffrey Dee Olpin, MD, is a Professor in the Department of Radiology at the University of Utah. He is a member of the Abdominal Imaging faculty with an emphasis on gastrointestinal, genitourinary and cardiac imaging. His specific interests include prostate imaging and MR imaging of the gastrointestinal tract. Dr Olpin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Brigham Young University, followed by Master of Arts degree in Music Performance from Yale University. He received his medical degree from the Tulane School of Medicine, followed by residency training at the Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City and fellowship training in Abdominal Imaging at the University of California San Francisco. Dr Olpin served as Residency Program Director for several years, and currently serves as the Director of Medical Student Education in Radiology.
