This was the most positive experience I've ever had with a doctor. I had no idea that it was possible to leave an appointment feeling cared for and empowered instead of anxious and defensive. This was my first visit with Dr. German. She'd taken the time to read my file ahead of time. I've had multiple endocrinologists over the years and that has NEVER happened. She listened to my concerns and made sure I was fully aware of my options and potential treatment plans in the future. She was eager to be helpful and made sure the full scope of my care was being managed. My past doctors have always been respectful but I had no idea what it was like to be treated with consideration. I felt like Dr. German recognized me as a whole person and not just the next task on her to-do list.

Thoroughly enjoyed the interaction w/ Dr German. We had fairly extensive discussion about my condition, therapy options. She clearly understood that I am highly motivated to undertake the next dtep in therapy.

Dr. German was such a great connection. It seems like physicians see us at our worst. despite that, she was kind, compassionate, and was an excellent superb listener.

EVERY time my doctor changes (because the one I was seeing leaves/moves), I have to start over. There is NO CONTINUITY of care. There is NO ADVOCACY on my behalf as a patient by default with the new doctor. I have to start over. I was even told "I will not take any responsibility for anything that happened (prior to seeing you in person)".

Dr. Germann is awesome!!! She got me in on a Friday when I was really having problems! She carefully listened to my problem she DIDN'T make me feel like she was pushing me through! She made me feel like I was the only patient she had. Dr. Germann then explained the machine I was working with PATIENTLY again! And I understood her because she was so kind a thorough! I love this doctor!!! She is so miraculous! I'm older and I have RARELY EVER had a doctor as patient and kind with me. She is one in a million, million!!!! I know she is actually invested in my wellness and I know I can actually get better now! I feel very hopeful!
