I noticed in my visit summary that there were a couple important details in my recent history of symptoms that Dr. Flynn had gotten wrong.

UH HOSPITALS AND CLINICS

2 out of 5 stars

Twice now, I've experienced Dr. Flynn's irritated, tense demeanor during routine clinic visits, and it has made clinic visits unnecessarily stressful. She acts as though she'd rather be doing something else than talking with you. Her irritation tends to make one feel as if the malfunctioning of one's immune system Is somehow a personal failing. I'm sure it's not intentional, but boy does it erode my trust and make me realize how spoiled I was with other GI doctors I've previously had. Instinct tells me it's something in the work environment at the hospital clinic that's the source of the tension I've observed; other clinic staff seem equally miserable and tense - as though someone recently yelled at them - though they still manage to be friendly and respectful.
