Dr. Larochelle is Academic Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences at the John A. Moran Eye Center and specializes in cataract surgery as well as the diagnosis and management of patients with infectious and inflammatory conditions of the eye. Dr. Larochelle believes in a collaborative approach, working with rheumatologists, pediatricians, and internists to ensure uveitis patients receive optimum care.

Dr. Larochelle received her medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, Burlington, Vermont and completed a residency at the University of Colorado, Aurora, Colorado. She completed a fellowship in Uveitis and Ocular Immunology at the Moran Eye Center, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.

I have been a bit frustrated with the outcome of my R cataract surgery and longer than expected recovery. Dr. L has been good about explaining issues and discussing options. She has been understandably conservative but now seems more focused on getting me results as expected pre-surgery.
