Dr. Patrone was patronizing and dismissive as though she were to busy to be bothered with a new patient. I come from a family of physicians and found her care below standard without even attempting a differential diagnosis.

I came in to get a referral for a urologist. That was all. I know I am a heavy set woman and I need to loose weight. I have lost 80 in 2020, but I have been dealing with kidney stones. Exercise is difficult. But I think she brought up needing a "lifestyle change" and diet about 5 or 6 times. Great. Thanks. I will keep working on that. But in the mean time can I please have the focus on getting me into a urologist please? Go get a ua/ get a blood test. Great. Now I need imaging. Great.

We had no follow up. We had a viral panel run and we have now called 2x to get the results without any contact from the doctor. It's now been 3 days. We know the results are in and we still don't have any contact from the doctor.

Dr Patrone was very kind and explained everything. She was informative of conditions she was seeing etc and told me with each item on her list, how she believed things appeared; very comforting.
