  • Emily Luc, PT, DPT, ATC is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. She has a passion for treating and educating the youth and adolescent athlete, although also has experience working with collegiate athletes and active adults as well. Emily also has specialty clinic hours for runner's clinic and concussion clinic. She believes in empowering her patients with education and movement training to provide them with the tools they need to get back to their favorite activities.

    Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2013 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. She completed a sports physical therapy residency at Texas Children’s Hospital in 2018.

    Emily’s excitement for working in sports in orthopedics is deep rooted, as she grew up playing soccer and basketball. She continued to remain active in intramural sports during college and graduate school, although also started teaching group fitness classes. Group fitness has developed her passion for making exercise fun and accessible to people of all ages and abilities, which she carries through into her clinical practice as a physical therapist.

    In her free time, Emily enjoys distance running, weightlifting, going on hikes with her husband and dog, and getting outdoors to try new things.
