Gretchen, thank you for the care you took doing the bone marrow biopsy. I dreaded going in for this procedure because the last time I was stabbed many times to get to the right place in my bone and to find the same place again and again. I had the shakes for 15 minuets after. Gretchen was precise and also understood I was unhappy to do this again. But she did the biopsy very cleanly and it was simple and she explained all that she was doing. If I need this procedure again, I do hope she will be the one to help me. Thank you, Gretchen.
