Amanda Kupst, PA-C

Amanda Kupst, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant and works in Bariatric and General Surgery at University of Utah Health. She holds a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY and completed her undergraduate degree at Binghamton University. She provides care both before and after surgery including ordering and evaluating labs, tests, monitoring weight loss and identifying nutritional needs. She is also a member of the surgical team, working closely with your surgeon and first assisting in the operating room.

Her previous clinical expreince and training includes General Surgery with emphasis in Da Vinci Xi Robotic surgery in Long Island, NY. She is happy to join the University of Utah Bariatrics team and is passionate about providing excellent patient care to our patients.
