everything was smooth. everyone was professional and knowledgeable. dr. dahl was extremely personable. i loved that he answered all of my questions and covered things i didn't know could be related to my vision. i could tell he cares a lot about caring for patients.

This is my third or fourth annual visit to Dr. Dahl. He has always been very pleasant and professional to deal with. He takes his time to explain things to me in a manner I can easily understand, so I make informed decisions about my future healthcare. Much different than the eye Dr. I was seeing at the big chain department store that went belly-up then reopened standalone eye glass stores. Seems like all they wanted to do was upsell me on more services to get me to spend money on things that were not covered by my insurance. Keep up the good work and I will keep coming back!

My experience with Dr Dahl was excellent. He took the time to review my long and complicated health history and we discussed how it could impact my eye health. He was prompt (which I always appreciate!) but not rushed, and took the time to answer all of my questions and assure me of the health of my eye. When I asked questions he had good suggestions for what I could do to continue to care for my eyes. I left feeling relieved about the health of my eyes, increased in knowledge about my particular eye health needs and with an updated glasses prescription. Highly recommend.

Brandon is fantastic but, his front desk team needs to be re-educated with courtesy samples maybe even an empathy class for them. Also felt like if they maybe discussed with him my visit and needs we wouldn't be wasting each others times so damn much. My visit was exactly 5 minutes that's how fast and quick my needs needed to be. Some people are just naturally rude so having that occur at the university of Utah which I highly respect disgusted me and left me feeling discouraged to ever go back to that department.

There was nothing we could do to make up for being 10 minutes late, and given the wait times we had experienced from prior visits, we were surprised to be treated this way. We will not be repeat patients.
I like doctor Dahl. He was patient with my child and listened to our concerns and questions. He explained things in a way that people without medical background can understand. He also followed hygiene guidelines by washing his hands before putting the equipment on my child.
Took the time to get the correct contacts for my daughter. Did not try to rush her through the exam.
We liked him a lot.
Dr. Dahl is a caring, competent, and thorough physician. He explores symptoms and treatment options from multiple angles, always asking for patient input throughout the process.

Dr Dahl was very patient with my 11 year old and talked about his own experiences with glasses, and really helped start making a connection with my child. It was a great way to start off a hopefully many year relationship with a practitioner.
I may ask for a second opinion since there was one item of information that the provider gave conflicting information to something that an Ophthalmologist previously gave. I'm not too concerned. Dahl did good.

Dr. Dahl was fantastic. He was patient and spent extra time explaining what all the different tools were measuring to ease my daughters nerves. When it turned out she needed glasses my daughter was upset and Dr. Dahl was very empathetic. First pair of glasses had wrong prescription in right eye due to the doctor error. Second set of glasses weren't correct either in either eye. Doctor seems to have trouble finding the right prescription that I can see clearly through without eye strain, headaches, or double-vision. Eyes fight to see through second pair of glasses still.

This eye doctor didn't advise me that my correcting my distance vision it would ruin my near version. If I couldn't have 20/20 in corrected vision he should of told me. Then I tried to call him twice and he wouldn't call me back.
