My first appointment with Brittany was for me to ask questions and seek clarity regarding a scheduled Electrophysiology Study, and resultant implant of either a pacemaker or Defibrillator. She patiently explained every concern, answered my inquiries with clear, concise and succinct information regarding the procedures and devices and their purpose and functions. She gave me choices and related my preferences and gave me comfort in providing options available to me; trying her best to address and provide for my "asks"... the additional needs pertinent to my perceived needs. It's difficult to obtain a timely appointment and her calendar is fully scheduled - but the wait for me, was worth it. I've had some not so good experiences with some other EP staff providers - to be fair, I wasn't such a great patient either... but Brittany stands clearly above the fray. I appreciate you Brittany.
