Dr. Cervantez was so helpful; she explained everything to us and asked us a lot of questions to get a good sense of what was happening from our perspective. She presented both medications and other methods of approaching the problem to help us arrive at the best course to help our child. It was a very positive experience working with her.

Dr. Cervantez was prepared with a plan of action for our appointment but made me feel heard and understood. She addressed all concerns and made sure that there was flexibility within our care plan that I was comfortable with when I comes to the care of my child.

Deeann made my daughter feel very comfortable. She explained things to her and brought suggestions that we could apply to our situation. She was kind and attentive. She listened to our worries and addressed them all.

Im extremely satisfied with the experience I had and the way my appointment went. She cared about my daughter, she did research in speaking to surgeons prior to our arrival, she listened very well to me and was great about giving me options and including me. Most importantly, she focused on my daughter and what she truly needs. I felt heard, trusted in the decision making process, understood in my own thinking and rational as a mother and former patient of this same office. She is a wonderful provider and I would recommend her to anyone visiting this office.

Helped me understand and answered all of my questions. The visit was short, but we got it all taken care of. She was also amazingly sweet to my daughter and just chatted with her and helped us with a completely unrelated problem as well.

Deanne spoke directly to my daughter, which I really appreciated. She did a great job explaining things in terms my four year old could understand. I appreciated how she articulated clearly the way my child's history matched a diagnosis. She did an excellent job explaining what caused the problem and how we could treat it.

I understood what we were going to do and why.
The doctor was very friendly and kind to me and my son. She even talked to my son specifically about what to do at school regarding urinating and drinking enough water. She answered my questions and even asked for my permission to examine my son. I am very pleased with the doctor.
This was our first appointment with Deann Cervantez, so we really weren't sure what to expect, but over time I'm certain we'll come to love her as much as Annmarie Hannon.
