MIDVALLEYI brought my client for an exam after he failed a vision test at DMV. He was a difficult, uncooperative , resistant subject. I was impressed at how she handled him, and completed the exam in spite of him being so difficult. She listened to him and responded to his many questions and complaints with firmness and courtesy, getting him to comply with her requests in spite of his complaining and resistance, all the while proceeding and successfully completing the exam. She was just amazing!

She created a plan to heal my eye. This plan was easy for me to complete right away. My eye is already getting better. I was very comfortable with Dr. Bagga and I am returning in a few weeks to get a eye exam to make sure I have the right glasses to wear. I would highly recommend Dr. Bagga.

MORAN EYE CENTERShe was awesome!! She really listened to my issue and made accommodations that I asked for. I needed a quick appointment because I had a report due, so I didn't want my eyes dilated. She agreed as long as I assured her I would come back to have it done. I told her I would and I already have that appointment for next month. She is new to Utah and was really fun to chat with. I would request her again if I go to this clinic!
MORAN EYE CENTERDeepika Bagga, OD was rushing everything during my appointment. I asked her some general questions about what is covered in regular eye exams because I haven't done it before but she got very defensive and impatient. She kept saying that she only did what is told to do. Anyway, she is not professional and not listening to patients. It looks like that she only wants to get off work sooner and keeps saying she is only doing what she is told to do. I will never want to see her again and not recommend her if you want to be treated with respect.

MORAN EYE CENTERDr. Bagga was very off putting and did not explain what was happening throughout the exam which resulted in her touching me unexpectedly. The whole visit felt rushed and unsettling. She was not considerate or helpful in talking through my eye needs. It was such an unpleasant experience that I didn't even stay to look at eyewear. I do not recommend her at all and will likely not return to the eye center based on this experience.

MORAN EYE CENTERI would have liked her to introduce herself to us, as we didn't even know she was the provider until halfway through the visit. She did a decent job, but didn't explain much to us and it felt rushed. She put so many eyedrops in my daughter's eye, that they were dilated within 5 minutes and her eyes hurt her so bad. In the past, we waited a good 30-45 minutes after eye drops were put in before she was examined, but she did it all so fast, I questioned what was going on.
