Dr. Bagga was great to diagnose my problem with my eye. I immediately felt comfortable with her she was very good at explaining the infection in my eye. She created a plan to heal my eye. This plan was easy for me to complete right away. My eye is already getting better. I was very comfortable with Dr. Bagga and I am returning in a few weeks to get a eye exam to make sure I have the right glasses to wear. I would highly recommend Dr. Bagga.

Dr. Bagga was very off putting and did not explain what was happening throughout the exam which resulted in her touching me unexpectedly. The whole visit felt rushed and unsettling. She was not considerate or helpful in talking through my eye needs. It was such an unpleasant experience that I didn't even stay to look at eyewear. I do not recommend her at all and will likely not return to the eye center based on this experience.

Dr. Bagga was excellent. This was my first eye exam in many years and she put me at ease and helped me understand the status of my eyesight and what glasses were needed to correct my vision problems.

She didn't focus on my eye infection but she focused on checking my eyesight. She did not give me any hope that my infection was going to disappear, she told me that it is something chronic that has no solution for my age.
