This is not a knock on any other providers; I know many of them are overworked and under-supported, but I've never felt like my out-of-the-norm questions weren't just an annoyance or a burden to other providers (including providers whom I deeply trust and respect). She made sure all my questions were answered to the best of her (and to be honest, science's) ability, proposed a reasonable and innovative solution, and even took old medications off my list that I had previously requested both through MyChart and in person to be removed, but which no other providers had bothered to update. She is brilliant, kind, and humble. THANK YOU, DR. REDDY!
Dr Reddy is an Amazing Dr
Dr. Reddy is amazing. I have had a very stressful past few months for all kinds of reasons ( work and family issues). and I was feeling overwhelmed and concerned that my sugars had been running consistently high. Dr. Reddy actually turned away from the computer she was using for notes, and faced me directly, just so she could listen to me cry and worry out loud for a few minutes. she is so caring and kind and I appreciated that extra little bit of one to one attention that she gave.

Dr. Reddy has been my provider for my type 1 diabetes for several years. She is absolutely top notch in her understanding of the complexities of this disease and it's long term effects on ones body. She works as a partner with me to discuss the best way to proceed as diabetes continues to affect all bodily systems, up till the end of life situation where I am now. She is sensitive and compassionate always, and even more so now with concern as how this affects my children and talked to me about how we were coping, making sure I had support from other social workers and my home health and Palliative Care Team. She works well to coordinate with my other providers on my team to ensure my needs are being met. I could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Deepika Reddy.

I have dealt with some health issues for years and have struggled to find any answers. Dr. Reddy is the first doctor that has actually listened to my concerns. She looks at the whole picture and is willing to think outside of the box. She has called immediately with lab results and takes the time to explain in detail what they mean. She has been amazing to work with!
we have the same conversations and am told to take the next steps with my care plan but my dr doesn't do their part. I have to followup and bug to get my plan moving forward.

Dr. Reddy is one of the best endocrinologists I have ever had in the 50 years of having type 1 diabetes, and one of best care providers overall. She listens, treats me as a person, not just a name in a chart, is compassionate and caring as to my feelings about where my disease process is, and goes above and beyond to be sure everything possible is done to help me live the best life I can. She also is a team player with my other specialists, understanding that to be treated most successfully, my whole body, with other comorbid conditions, must be taken into consideration when making treatment decisions. I wish every diabetic could have someone like Dr. Reddy.
I was treated by by everyone as we were working together to deal with my health issues, I was treated as an equal. Dr. Reddy behaviors was that of an outstanding physician that made it clear by her manner that we-- together would work to better my health issues. I felt for the first time since I moved from California to Utah like a important patient, with respect and patience, unlike my previous 3 doctors.
