Dr. Jacobsen is amazing! He's done 2 surgeries for my daughter, is super caring and welcomes any and all questions to make sure we have a good understanding and feel comfortable. He's great at making sure my daughter is included in the conversation and is always upbeat and has a great bedside manner!

He explained the care in understandable manner. But it took almost 3 weeks to hear from him about the results for my child that potentially could have changed my child's care. I was meeting with him via video call and I did not feel that him or his office were considerate of my time and expected me to be ready whenever he was as opposed to being able to set up an appointment.

Doctor Jacobson is amazing. We're having to do a second surgery on my son and he opened up time to see him twice in one day along with being sure that we could get an MRI at the same day. He was able to open up his schedule and he will be able to get the surgery within two weeks instead of two months thank you.

Dr. Jacobsen was very helpful and thorough in his explanation about options and how to proceed with my son's broken arm. We chose surgery and he was very good about getting us into asap.
Dr. Jacobsen is knowledgeable as well as personable. He spoke to my son and helped him to feel comfortable. Then he carefully explained how to care for his injury to both of us. He showed me the x-rays through the whole healing process and explained the next step of the healing process. I highly recommend him.

I wish he was my kid's pediatrician. And I really love my current pediatrician. He was so nice. I walked in with low expectations and that it was going to be traumatic for my 19 month old but it was one of the best doctor appointments we've ever had. Dr. Jacobsen was so kind to my other kids I had to bring and very understanding. If we break anything else we are defiantly coming to him. One of the best male doctors we've had. Great bedside manner

Dr Jacobsen was wonderful! My daughter broke her elbow and we had to wait a week to see another doctor for surgery and then when we got there they said they didn't take our insurance anymore. We called Jacobsen's office and he saw us the same day and we were going to have to wait another week for surgery with a baby due any day he was very accommodating and got us in that same night! Did a great job with my 7 year olds surgery and was super nice, made her very comfortable with getting surgery.

Good and professional, but the end treatment is a wait and see, so it wasn't really worth going to a doctor right now.
My son had a broken bone and I feel that the doctor did good at explaining to me and him what to expect for surgery and did his best to calm any concerns my son had about the procedure.
