Jennifer P. Knight, APRN

Jennifer P. Knight, NP-C is a Nurse Practitioner with the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Utah School of Medicine. She has worked in healthcare in Utah for over twenty-five years with a background in family medicine and urgent care. Clinical interests include general gastroenterology, irritable bowel syndrome and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.

Originally from North Carolina, she received a Bachelor of Science in Food Science/Food Technology from North Carolina State University. After graduation, she moved to Utah where she attended the University of Utah for both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing.
