    I had an appointment at 3:20 but didn't see Dr. McKay until about 45 minutes into that. I realize there is an initial screening but it seemed like a long time before I saw him.

    Very kind and careful. He is professional without being brusque. A good experience at a medical provider is, unfortunately not common, but with Dr. McKay, it is always a thorough and reassuring eye exam.
