One of my favorite things about Dr. Pohl is that she never seems rushed or in a hurry. She is thoughtful and really listens, which is refreshing in today's world when so many doctors seem to be in a huge hurry so they can get to more patients rather than really working with each patient to determine the best care for each individual.
I came in in physical agony with my right hand and a frozen finger. Dr. Pohl went out of her way to make sure that I could see another Doctor the same day. Dr. Paisley worked with my hand and gave me a steroid shot. I'm in great shape thanks to her quick actions and his treatment.

Dr. Pohl has been my doctor for years, possibly decades. I have followed her to the Centerville practice even though I work less then a mile from Madsen Clinic. The Madsen Clinic is good too but they don't have Dr. Pohl.

Dr. Pohl's care, diagnosis(which I already had because it is a chronic condition, but she explained the reason for the severe flare up), and treatment were all completely on point! She was super helpful and understanding of my time restraint!
The visit was professional, but not especially warm. For such an uncomfortable procedure, the interaction felt extremely clinical and rote. I understand that doctors see several patients a day, of which I am only one, but for me this was one of two doctor's visits I've had in 2.5 years, so the impact was a little dismissive and disorienting.
