Dr. Pohl is very knowledgeable about a wide range of problems. She is deeply committed to shared decision making.

Dr. Pohl listens very attentively and she never pushes me into any treatment if I am not 100% OK with it. She is very quick and reasonable at providing multiple options instead of just one, and she is fine with whatever treatment option makes me most comfortable.

The visit was professional, but not especially warm. For such an uncomfortable procedure, the interaction felt extremely clinical and rote. I understand that doctors see several patients a day, of which I am only one, but for me this was one of two doctor's visits I've had in 2.5 years, so the impact was a little dismissive and disorienting.

I felt really good about everything we discuss.

Dr. Pohl has a very good approach to solving medical issues. She checks her facts, checks for my understanding and does so in a knowledgeable and approachable manner.

Dr. Pohl was very sympathetic to my problem and suggested a treatment plan that included a backup plan if the first plan does not work. She is a very thorough and thoughtful doctor. She asks a lot of questions and makes sure understands the problem exactly. She is very knowledgeable and can instantly provide information.
