Event Details
The upcoming 2023 POETIC Fall Meeting will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. We will share progress on our studies, present current research, and discuss future endeavors as we continue to expand our efforts within the pediatric oncology investigational therapeutic landscape. We are excited to host you on our University of Utah campus and at our wonderful venue, Huntsman Cancer Institute.

Schedule
Wednesday, September 27 will be a half day, starting at approximately 3 pm, for POETIC site Principal Investigators (PI) and other select invited members participating in the PI and Board of Directors meeting. The full meeting for all invitees will start on Thursday, September 28.
For travel purposes, the meeting is expected to end around 1 pm on Friday, September 29.

Hotel Reservations
We have secured a group rate at the Salt Lake City Marriott University Park, which is two miles from Huntsman Cancer Institute. We will be offering shuttle service to and from the hotel and meeting site. Reserve your room online or call 1-800-228-9290 and reference the U of U Pediatric Hematology/Oncology room block.
Flight Information
You will be flying into Salt Lake City International Airport which is approximately 11 miles from the hotel and the university (about a 20-minute drive). We suggest using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for airport transportation. Salt Lake also has a light rails system called TRAX you can use to navigate the city during your stay.

We will provide breakfast and lunch each day, and dinner on the 27th (on-site) and 28th (at a local restaurant). The Salt Lake City Marriot University Park Hotel offers buffet breakfast for $17.
