PEAK's Biometrics Testing package gives you a good picture of your overall health. This package includes the following tests:
- Total lipid/glucose panel
- Resting blood pressure
- Waist circumference
- BMI
Appointment Information
- 30 minute appointment
- Lipid panel + fasting glucose test will be completed first and other biometric measures will be completed second
- Do not eat, drink coffee, or exercise 10-12 hours prior to your test
- Do come rested and relaxed
- Results include: Total Cholesterol, HDL (often called good cholesterol), LDL (often called bad cholesterol), Triglycerides, and fasting blood glucose
