How to Schedule Your Appointment Online
Online scheduling creates appointments for patients who have never seen a Moran provider before. Please use MyChart if you have seen this provider for your condition.
Steps to Start Making Your Appointment
1. Tell us if you're a new or returning patient at Moran Eye Center.
Select the option that best applies to you below.
2. Answer a few questions and choose your appointment.
Provide basic information about yourself and your health history. A list of available providers, times, and locations will appear. Use the filters to narrow your choices. Select a time and confirm your information.
3. Finalize your appointment in MyChart.
You’ll be taken to MyChart to confirm your appointment. Log in with your account or continue as a guest to finish scheduling.
