October 8 is "Utah Sight Day," dedicated to bringing awareness to the prevalence of eye disease in Utah and to educating Utahns about the importance of getting their eyes tested regularly to prevent visual impairment and blindness.

This year's Utah Sight Day also recognizes the many groups across the state that provide screenings, glasses, and medical/surgical care to individuals in our state who are unable to afford or access eye care.

Thanks for to all those who give financial support or volunteer their time to help the Moran Eye Center provide charitable care to those in need.
