She is a caring and gentle healthcare guide and puts her information plainly both orally and on the followup paperwork. She knows what she is doing and comes in with the info we generated in my appointment 2 years ago. That knowledge of my background is very reassuring.

Extremely attentive to my health issue and made my hearing problems a very big problem to solve. She helped me understand the way my hearing works and what can cause issues and helped me plan all the steps ahead especially worse case scenarios just to be on the safe side.
