Sara Lenherr, MD, MS, URPS, is a nationally recognized, fellowship-trained urologist specializing in neurourology, complex urinary incontinence, and female pelvic reconstructive surgery. She is one of a few surgeons in the Mountain West offering comprehensive care for complex female incontinence, including advanced treatment for mesh complications, vesicovaginal fistulas (VVF), and recurrent urinary tract infections.

With a medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and a 6-year urology residency at the Lahey Clinic in Boston, Dr. Lenherr completed dual fellowships in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS/URPS) and Health Services Research (HSR) at the University of Michigan. There, she gained specialized training in neurogenic bladder, spinal cord injury care, and advanced urinary reconstruction.
