Entering Race, Ethnicity, & New American Information into MyChart

MyChart Entry Instructions

1. Sign into MyChart on MyChart portal login page.

2. Go to the menu at the top left.

3. Select Personal Information, under account settings.

4. Edit details about me. (NOTE: Changing this information is optional.)

5. Select your race and ethnicity. More than one option can be selected by holding the control key while selecting options. (NOTE: Entering this information into MyChart is optional.)

5. Save changes.
