University of Utah Health is recognized as one of America's Best Employers by Forbes for the second year running. Previous rankings were for the year 2018. U of U Health is the only Utah health care system listed in the rankings, and is one of only two Utah organizations to be recognized by Forbes with this prestigious honor.
In collaboration with the analytics firm Statista, Forbes asked 50,000 employees working for large US companies and organizations to evaluate their employers in 25 different industries. Participation in the survey was voluntary, and respondents were recruited to maximize reach and representation of the US workforce. A company's score is determined by direct employee feedback and a public perception score. Only the companies receiving the best recommendations are awarded the title as America's Best Employers.

U of U Health ranked 11th in the nation in the Health and Social category.
