Home Sleep Study
This video is a step-by-step process to assist you in applying and properly using home sleep study testing equipment. We'll show you the easiest and most effective ways to apply this type of equipment, starting with the base station and ending with how to complete the bedtime and morning questionnaires. (We provide these questionnaires for all our patients doing home sleep studies.)
Although we provide instructions with the device itself, this video can also help you prepare to take the sleep study.
In-Lab Sleep Study
To prepare for an in-lab or in-clinic sleep study, we've prepared this video to help you. It discusses how to use PAP equipment if your study uses these. It also covers how to apply the electrode or leads and how technologists will use these to effectively monitor and evaluate your sleep and breathing.
The video will also show you the bedtime process after you are hooked up to the equipment and what to expect in the morning - from equipment removal to wake up time. This is a great resource to help you prepare for your in-lab sleep study.
