UofU Patient September 04, 2012Dr Edgley and assistant were very couteous and talked in a confident and unhurried manner. They didn't mind explanations if I didn't understand and then asked if I understood. They explained risk factors, alternatives, and what they recommended. They were patient and tried very much to be gentle with my mother. They showed care and concern and at no time did I have feel they were condensending and that my questions were always answered that I didn't feel they were trivial. After waiting 2 years, I finally feel that I had reached a milestone and that someone was finally listening me me and would at least see if something could be done to improve my mothers quality of life regardless of her age.
