September 02, 2013

I felt like Dr. Edgley wanted me to tell him what I thought was best for me, or what my preferences were.

August 15, 2013

If I could pick more then 5 I would have. Dr Edgley, I always feel he is genuine in his care, concern, and treatments. What I don't understand, he rephrases and never is impatient with me or my mom. Questions are always answered truthfully and factually. Dr Edgley doesn't so as some providers that talk or act in a way to make you feel dehumanized or less then a person, just the next appointment. I'm continually grateful every time I'm with my mom and see how he has helped improve her quality of life, reduce her pain, and make it easier for caregivers to provide care.

July 06, 2013

September 07, 2012

Excellent in all areas.

September 04, 2012

Dr Edgley and assistant were very couteous and talked in a confident and unhurried manner. They didn't mind explanations if I didn't understand and then asked if I understood. They explained risk factors, alternatives, and what they recommended. They were patient and tried very much to be gentle with my mother. They showed care and concern and at no time did I have feel they were condensending and that my questions were always answered that I didn't feel they were trivial. After waiting 2 years, I finally feel that I had reached a milestone and that someone was finally listening me me and would at least see if something could be done to improve my mothers quality of life regardless of her age.

August 22, 2012
