I would recommend Dr. Cjzakowski. I would not recommend the University Sleep-Wake Center however.

The majority of the visit was questions one after another which I personally found very stressful. There were only about 5 minutes (vs. About an hour of questions) spend on discussing treatment plan which was just a list of suggestions (which have been very helpful) however, I needed more time spent addressing my worries and anxieties around sleep and also some time spent explaining the reasoning behind the treatment and at least some sense that we we agreeing together on a treatment plan. I even mentioned all the questions were stressing me out and she made no effort to change. The suggestions were helpful but I did not at all feel like my feelings, opinions, or even intellect were at all valued.

I have been so pleased with my concerns being answered, discussing recommended things to try and having real soul searching discussions on how to improve my sleep. Many I never would have thought of (time of going to bed, when to shower, melatonin use), some I was using (breathing) but learned more on how to do it and other "tricks" to try. My sleep is improving. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Czajkowski and her ability to truly help get through a frustrating issue.
