Julia is down to earth, talks to you like a "human" and is as real as they come. She actively tries to come up with therapies that might help better my situation. She LISTENS and HEARS you.

I can tell Julia listened because she would interrupt me if I didn't make sense, and asked a follow up question to make sure she actually understood. After explaining something to me she would make sure I understood. If I didn't, she listened and re-explained for me in a way that I could also understand. Communication is key, I can tell that Julia takes it seriously and practices it.

She did not show to our virtual appointment. I waited until 5 PM. I did not hear from her the next day. I still haven't heard from her.I hope she is okay.
