Once I checked in I had to wait nearly 40 minutes past my appointment time to get into the office, then another 15-20 minutes before Dr. Penrod arrived. His assistant kindly mentioned that his schedule was backed up. When he arrived he seemed tired. He took perhaps 7-10 minutes with me. Less than usual. Dr. Penrod is terrific and very helpful. It seems his patient load is pretty heavy.

I see Dr. Penrod once a year for a physical. He is professional, courteous, efficient, and has a desire to insure his patients remain in good physical and mental health.

He can be good, but this visit he was sick and just didnt seem fully present. He was trying to be, but it was disappointing.
