Amy Still was very professional, respectful, friendly, and thorough.

Already mentioned earlier, but saying it twice is not over the top given her service that she renders every time I visit with her. She exudes confidence that is contagious and I appreciate the way she approaches everything she comes across as being very interested in my health and helping me to get better, very refreshing!

I've been very pleased from the first time I met Amy. She thoroughly reviewed my MRI, explained the issue, and walked me through the available options, expected outcomes, and potential downsides to surgery. After discussing with the doctor, she quickly got back to me to explain their proposed plan. Once I decided to move forward, everything went smoothly. The follow-up care has been exceptional. Having had several surgeries over the years, I can confidently say this was by far the best surgical experience I've ever had, from start to finish. I can't speak highly enough of Amy, Dr. Mahan, and their entire team

I realize after having back/neck issues for more than 9 years that I am rather skeptical of medical care, but Amy has won me over with her wonderful demeanor and thoroughness to tackle my issues. Her very detailed initial examination uncovered a secondary issue that needs to be addressed in time, and was the underpinning for an overall roadmap for care that addressed ALL of my issues. I am so very appreciative of the care I have gotten from Amy and the University team.
