She spent time, discussed concepts and procedures at an appropriate level for my medical background. Very personable. Didn't feel rushed. Felt secure that she had my best interest in mind.

She is the best, very thorough and educated in her field.

Dr. Keeney lacked compassion for what I was experiencing and my concerns as it was determined my health condition may not have been cardiac related. Instead she repeatedly chastised me for my weight being the only cause of my health condition. Yes, I am overweight but not morbidly obese so a gentler approach and a referral to a pulmonologist without a rude lecture would have gone a long ways. I am sure she is an expert in her field but definitely lacking in her bedside manner and approach to lifestyle changes or getting to the bottom of a health condition. Basically, I seemed to be a waste of her time.

Caroline Keeney wondered why I come to cardiology when I never take the medications that are suggested to me. Seemed to me that she thought it was a waste of time. Why do we have followup appointments then? Tests need to be run periodically to see if heart functions aren't getting worse.

My feedback on Ms.Keeney is that while she is clearly very qualified and experienced, she is not a particularly warm person, I did not feel like she cared much about me as an individuall or my serious situation. I felt like I had to drag information out of her, force her to answer questions that were important to me, and that she was frustrated that our visit took longer than planned because I had an issue that needed attention. I heard her say to the nurse "I've got to go I've got other patients waiting." I didn't feel welcome and I felt like I was an imposition on her time.
