Britta Schaer received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, School of Medicine. She is a NCCPA board certified physician assistant. Prior to joining the Division of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine at Primary Children´s Medical Center as a physician assistant, she spent nearly 10 years practicing adult sleep medicine at the University of Utah Sleep-Wake Center. Practicing pediatric sleep medicine at the Eccles Primary Children’s Outpatient Services Building, her main area of interest is caring for children with sleep disordered breathing, insomnia, sleep related movement disorders, daytime sleepiness, circadian rhythm disorders, and parasomnias.
