Care provider made me feel stupid for coming in. He gave me the feeling I was wasting his time. And I felt he was extremely arrogant and looked down on me as if I need nothing about my body and what had been going on with it. He never asked what symptoms I was having and basically brushed off my questions and concerns as if they were insignificant.

I like that he takes the time he needs with the patients. It would just be nice to know when waiting in the room that they will be later than expected.

Dr. Sarfati was the third specialist I had seen for my condition. unfortunately he could not help me, however, he did say he would help me find the right specialist. He tried to contact other providers while I was still at the facility but could not get a response. he sent me home with the promise he would follow up. i figured it would take a long time for arrangements to be made. to my surprise I received a phone call from huntsman the very next day saying dr sarfatti had referred me. I was floored at the quick response. Dr. Sarfatti was incredibly kind and I appreciate that he took the time to get me to the right specialist. he really cares about the people who come into the clinic.

We had to wait a bit but when it was our turn he took the time he needed to explain, double check and reassure our son of the procedure he would be doing. So in my opinion it was very well worth the bit of a wait.

I did not feel rushed in this appointment. Dr. Sarfati took ample time to answer my questions. He described the proposed surgery, possible complications and their small likelihood of occurring. He offered to research an alternative treatment, and promptly reported his findings.

After 40 yrs. of my involvement in the medical business, teaching, practice and now involvement with FAA guide lined oxygen devices worldwide; I can say that vascular team is top notch and has done everything possible to insure my blood flow and my best attempts to screw it up. Dr. Sarfati and the entire team is to be commended for their skill and personal communication with this patient

Dr. Sarfati listened to my description of my problem for a long time. When he realized that my needs were out of his purview, he arranged for me to see the appropriate person immediately. I really appreciated his help, because I had come up from St. George for the appointment. He saved me a second trip.

it was very clear that Dr.Sarfati had not read my file as he seemed totally unaware of my initial visit to the cardio vascular unit and what had been initially done by Dr. Kinikini. I felt the attitude was totally unprofessional and that he viewed his seeing me as a waste of his time and there was no reason for me to come back for further evaluation.

Doctor seemed to be a bad mood, was border line rude. I will not return to see him. Both times I have met with him he has made me wait for long periods of times. On my first visit I waited 1hr and 20min before being called into an exam room.
