I would recommend the Doctor any day without hesitation. My husband sees him and has never had to wait this long. I do not know all the circumstances, but waiting that long is really unacceptable.

I was terrified at the thought of having my eye ball sliced open while I was awake, and Dr. Katz and his staff were very kind. (Surely they must have thought I was old to be such a baby, but they didn't show it.) Instead they were all reassuring and comforting throughout.

Dr. Katz was more concerned about me losing more weight than about how I was doing overall. I know weight loss will help but it's hard to do strenuous exercise because decline In mental health and fatigue all while working full time. His PA Irina was more sympathetic and told me to do the best I can and keep her updated.

I am greatly relieved that Dr. Katz gave me such an amazing exam. He answered all my previous concerns, and he verified a problem area in my vision by taking extra care in his exam. I felt so much better knowing he understood and validated my neurological problems and how they are impacted by my visual challenges. He gave me a referral for a possible procedure and explained what other surgery I would most likely require. He was great!! Thank you so very much to him!
