Jenni was wonderful. My daughter was very upset which made the exam difficult. Jenni was so sweet and patient with her. She did a thorough exam making sure my daughter was ok. Jenni called us the next day to check on my daughter. Jenni made this experience a great one.

Jenni Rowley spends time trying to figure out all of the plausible problems and then subsequent solutions for said problems. She is a consummate professional who is also approachable and down to earth. She spent extra time with us, making certain she addressed all of the concerns, with adequate information about next steps. I highly recommend her personable and caring approach to health care.

the whole appointment felt very rushed even though there weren't any people waiting behind me. I waited in the exam room for about 20 minutes, saw the doctor for about 5 minutes and she was gone. she even stated she was in a hurry and didn't have time to stay in my appointment. overall I didn't love this place or the staff.

Jen is the very best! I have been looking for a primary care provider for a while now and I couldn't be happier to have found her. It's like talking to a very knowledgeable and understanding friend. She goes above and beyond and explains things in detail. She is very patient and looks at things at different angles. I believe Jenni Rowley has saved _____ life! She was assertive and active in trying to get to the bottom of _____ condition and pushed to get Medicaid through. She is the BEST care provider I have ever encountered. Dr. Samuelson in Pulmonology even commented on Dr. Rowley's professional and compassionate care. Care provider didn't seem to know how to help my issue and really just brought up getting me back in for a physical (3 different times).

She spoke to me in a way i could understand but the answers she gave me i feel like i could have just googled and got better answers than what i was provided. After waiting to see her for 50 minutes (not the 10 i was told) she spent about 5 with me. I came in with a leg injury, she didn't even look at my leg. She just asked questions that were irrelevant or that were already asked by the person who took my blood pressure and other vitals. I felt like i just kept repeating myself even though my answers had been noted into their system. I told her i had been taking ibuprofen 800 for my injury and that it wasn't helping, also that i was icing/heating my injury and doing necessary stretching. The suggestions i got for treatment were to use ibuprofen, switch between ice and heat, hip flexor stretches (all of which i was currently doing). I was also told that they had sent a prescription to my pharmacy for 600 mg ibuprofen (which was less than i was currently taking that wasn't helping my situation) and that "they should be working on that right now". There was no prescription sent over and when i called the clinic i was told that they didn't have a prescription for me that it was just a "suggestion from the care provider".I am usually a very patient person and fine to wait a little longer, i understand people get busy, but it would have been nice if someone came in and told me that she was running behind and that it was going to be a little longer. I was so close to getting up an

I was impressed with the time the doctor spent with me and appreciate her thoroughness in listening and explaining. Although the diagnosis was "viral", she made a couple of suggestions which, I feel, were a big help to my comfort while "waiting the illness out".
