My OB is great, however the ultrasound technician for our 20 week appointment was very impersonal. When she came in to start the ultrasound, I told her I wanted to wait a minute for my husband to return from the restroom before starting the ultrasound. She seemed very annoyed and put off by this. She wasn't very friendly, and only explained a few things that she was looking at or checking during the ultrasound. This is our first child, so we were very excited for this ultrasound, but she kind of put a damper on the experience for us.

She gave us very little information and wasn't very personable. Spent a large amount of time examining the heart without explaining why, which left us concerned that something was wrong. Rushed through determining the gender. When the mom started bawling, she did not bother to show any concern or to pause a moment to allow her to compose herself so that the mom didn't miss parts of the ultrasound. Would have been nice if she had been less gruff and more concerned with parent's questions throughout.

Jeanette couldn't be more awesome! She makes me feel very comfortable, and I know she takes my questions seriously. I'm only sorry that I won't be needing to see her any longer.

I was originally upset about having to switch from my midwife to an MFM doctor (I'm having twins), but was pleasantly surprised by Dr Chin. she was friendly, and answered my many questions and helped me feel at ease! glad to be working with a Dr who has such a comforting bedside manner!

Dr. Chin was amazing. I am being seen for a high risk pregnancy and she made sure that I understood my options and listened to my input. She made sure to include me and my spouse in all decisions regarding my care.

Dr. Chin was very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of my options regarding my high risk pregnancy. She listened to my concerns and chose the best treatment options that would fit my needs. She is a great listener and cares about my input regarding my health treatment.

January 29, 2014

Dr. Chin is very kind and always helps answer my questions and even alleviate many of my concerns, which is challenging since this is a high risk pregnancy with lots of variables creating many things for me to worry about. I'm happy she takes the time to discuss various scenarious and answer all my questions. She is quick to respond to my messages in my Chart and made several visits to me during a recent hopsital stay!
