Dr. Bailly received his medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2005 and completed Pediatric residency at Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital in 2008. He completed a Pediatric Cardiology fellowship at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in 2011 and a Pediatric Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital in 2013. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. He is currently an instructor in the Pediatric Critical Care division at the University of Utah and attends full time in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit at Primary Children’s Hospital.


Dr. Bailly’s clinical interests focus on post-operative management of congenital heart disease. His academic interest is in bioinformatics. Specifically, he is working to improve medical data user interfaces, develop early warning systems and improve the cognitive burden of data processing through data transformation.
