    Consistently excellent care over many years as I have dealt with hearing loss. My son and daughter have had the same excellent care in dealing with their own hearing loss.

    Every thing was good until I read the notes. It appeared from his notes that I was negative about what he said. That was not true at all. His notes concerned me. Everything else was great.
