Lori Ly is very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions and providing me with detailed information and recommendations to address my arthritic conditions. She is also very compassionate in addressing my medical conditions and concerns. Her support staff is also wonderful in making my visits very comfortable and efficient. The medical care and compassion I receive from UoU is the best comprehensive care I've ever received from a medical provider. Thank you so much!

I really like Lori as a provider. She's thorough and personable. But it often feels like she forgets my treatment plan every appointment, and we have to rehash the entire past 5-6 years to get to what we're doing now, and come up with a new plan for the future all over again. It gets a little frustrating!

This practitioner, Nga Lori Ly, APRN, is very thorough with her explanations of conditions and disease progression, as well as how prescribed medications are to be taken and how they work. She patiently listened to all my questions. She is matter-of-fact and business-like, while maintaining a sense of humor. I never feel like she is rushing me or "talking down" to me. She is an strong asset to the U of U health care team and I'm glad she is in charge of my care.

EFFICIENT

She did a great job of explaining my options and offering new options when some options were not possible

The Dr I met with was extremely rude. I asked to get help to figure out what was wrong with me and she told me that she doesn't see the need to treat me nor why I should come back. After begging for her to find out what was wrong with me she finally ordered two tests and then told me I don't need to come back if they were negative. The Dr treated me like it was all in my head and tried to give me a blanket well it's because of your health diagnosis without trying to order more testing. I sat in the room crying, she came back in and asked what was wrong and I told her I was sick and tired of being gaslight by medical professionals when I know there is something wrong with me and I want to find out what it is. She still was very uncaring and gave me the blank statement again that it was all in my head and there wasn't anything wrong with me. This Dr was recommended by my general practitioner and she didn't make me feel at all comfortable or help me in any way. Wasted my time and say wait
