  • Originally from Utah, I’m proud to return to my roots after serving as Chief Resident in Family Medicine for the University of North Dakota in Minot. I earned my Doctor of Medicine at American University of the Caribbean. I was a part of the Alpha Omega Phi Honor and Service Society. I trained in Bakersfield California and Flushing New York. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Utah with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry.

Throughout my career, I’ve welcomed opportunities to volunteer with free clinics, giving back within underserved communities where many residents lack health insurance and/or access to quality care. Doing my part to increase equality in healthcare is an endeavor I’m very passionate about.

Your health and well-being are my top priority, whether you’re coming in for well/preventative checkups, sick visits, or management of chronic conditions. As one of my patients, you deserve thorough and empathetic treatment in a comfortable and welcoming environment. My philosophy on healthcare centers on empowering my patients with guidance that helps them make informed decisions. No matter what’s going on with your health today, I will help you understand the options for a healthier tomorrow.

I love riding and driving horses! Before going into medicine, I worked training horses and won multiple national championships in performance and halter. I enjoy spending free time with family, running, and cooking. I like to go skiing and try my best at snowboarding.

I don't want to disparage anyone who has given their life's work to such a fantastic cause, but the bedside manner needs to be at the forefront of PCP care. For most, it's the main physician they'll deal with, and a poor experience likely shuts patients off from valuable future care that could otherwise help them.
