She took time to explain test results to me included using a heart model to visually understand my situation. She tactfully presented options of next step evaluations for my condition. She treated my decisions respectfully. I feel she cares about my total emotional and physical wellbeing.

When I tell her I disagree with the diagnosis, she is very kind and listens, and is willing to look at other things. I felt very good when she told me , ¿we want to find the problem so we can help you feel better¿. I do feel like she cares and I appreciate all the time she takes to help me. She is a very caring and loving person and very supportive. I am so grateful to finally find someone who gives me hope.

Jennalyn, then involves the patient in a progressive and understandable treatment plan. As a patient you leave with a sense of confidence and wellbeing that everything possible has been addressed and the treatment will be successful.
