Dr. Meier is wonderful, has a soft approach and does a great job coaching small children through scary things (like instruments in your ears!) He always takes my concerns seriously and gives me a back up plan of things to try if we get in a bind.

The resident dr was amazing. He listened to all of my concerns and then took the time to EXPLAIN to me what his thoughts were. He didn't interrupt me or dismiss anything. He waited until the baby stopped crying to continue talking. Showed me on a diagram what was going on.

no issues with the doctor. just another gentleman came in the room with the doctor but no explanation of who he was or why he was there. my kids still comment on "the other guy" and what he was doing on the computer. haha I think he was just taking notes but maybe a simple explanation of that might be nice. I was fine with not knowing but my kids seem confused

it was as if the doctor didn't even read our file before coming in. I asked what he found during surgery (roughly 6 weeks prior) and he couldn't give me a clear answer and acted as if I was stupid for asking. (He never came in to speak to me after surgery so getting vague information from someone that couldn't read the report the day of surgery I needed to know) Again asked if my son needed his hearing checked and was blown off and told since his ears look fine it should be fine unless he gets sick in the winter.
