Dr Elrod is fantastic. She takes the time to review my file before the appointment so she can ask questions that are pertinent to my healthcare and life. She always explains things in ways I can understand and allows me to be the one in charge of my healthcare plan. I feel that she goes above and beyond in her efforts to make me feel like she cares about me as a person and not just a patient. She always has time to answer additional questions I might come up with, or just to talk for a few extra minutes if I need it. I am really lucky to have found her!
