She seemed a little rushed

February 13, 2014

Dr Harold was very professional and personable. Really spent a lot of time and listened to me to get my patient history. Examined me thoroughly. Explained treatment options very well. Told me when to contact her if I was having continued symptoms. I will continue seeing Dr Harold. Very pleased with her concern and care.

February 13, 2014

My problem was not very complicated, but I still had a very good experience at the Orthopedic Center.

January 23, 2014

helped find medications and treatments that work for me! went to other dr did not get same result! would reccomend over anywhere else!

January 20, 2014

I feel safe and cared for by Dr Harold

January 18, 2014

Quick and easy

January 18, 2014

Dr. Harold is terrific. She explains everything she's doing and is extremely good at it.

January 07, 2014

Dr Emily Herald was very helpful, very kind and put me at ease right away. We went over my xrays in detail and she clearly explained to me what was going on in my shoulders. I received an injection into my right shoulder, which has helped a great deal. Physical therapy was arranged and I am continuing my care. I'm very grateful for Dr. Harold's service and would recommend her highly to any family or friends.

January 03, 2014

Love DR. Harold !!!!!!!!!

December 16, 2013

Dr. Harold was very direct and informative. She explained the cause of my condition in words I could understand and seemed intent on assessing me until she understood my joint issues fully. After meeting with her I felt much more reassured about my health and where to go forward from her diagnosis.

December 16, 2013

excellent diagnosis and prognosis. Dr. Harold creates a good professional relationship.

December 15, 2013

I was very pleased with the service.

December 15, 2013

Dr. Herald is a tremendous doc. Excellent communicator, too.

December 13, 2013

I had a very good experience at the clinic and plan to continue and get a new doctor as well for my husband and myself thank you.

December 11, 2013

The only thing I wish Dr. Harold would have gone over with me is any current exercises I can do or should avoid and if i should be taking any steps to alleviate my pain.

November 18, 2013

liked the provider

November 11, 2013

She is very friendly and sincere. I would highly recommend Dr. Harold to friends and family.

October 29, 2013

Dr. Harold was kind and thorough. She explained the MRI results, and we discussed possible treatments. She answered all of my questions and told me to call back if I had any other issues.

October 21, 2013

Dr. Emily is superb and I have recommended her to others. She listens carefully to concerns and issues and provides good reality for problem being addressed.

October 09, 2013

Dr. Harold was absolutely wonderful. Took her time with me, explained everything and made time to do a procedure without me having to come back. Her assistant was also wonderful, holding my hand during the procedure. If you have to see an orthopedist Dr, Harold is the one to go to...

October 08, 2013

I felt as if I was more of an inconvinace. I don't feel that the doctor took or cared to really want to help with my illness. Was told to take Tyenol for my cronic pain. I was seeking help not rejection regarless of medications or supposed injections. I got better care at First Med. I was expecting that because I have been a long term patient with University of Utah I would have recived more concerning care. I just didn't feel that. I was handed a medical realse by the nurse and told to get my own medical records/ mri. The doctor was in and out exam took her less than 5 minutes if that. I don't feel that I should even be charged for this visit that got me ZERO RESULTS. I went back to First Med to see if again I missing something on my behalf I was reperscribed medication that seems to be helping.

September 30, 2013

She spent a few extra minutes listening and explaining proceedures, of other M.D.'s in the past.

September 24, 2013

Dr. Harold was the best kind of person to answer my questions about my feet. She was professional, but practical with suggesting options that I would follow.

September 10, 2013

Dr Harold is great - I have been to many orthopedic doctors and she is my favorite: she takes the time to get to know you as a person and as a patient; she is very knowledgeable and she takes care of business in a very efficient manner. I am thrilled to have found a doctor that is so approachable with the expertise that I need. I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a good sports doctor.

September 10, 2013

I read other reviews about Dr. Harold once I scheduled the appointment. I experienced some of the same treatment. She was very friendly and helpful, however she just left the room without saying she was finished, then sent in the assistant to help me. She also did not even look at the MRI I brought on a disc.

September 02, 2013

Excellent experience. Dr. Harold was attentive, kind and reassuring. I would return to Orthopedics center because of this experience.

August 30, 2013

good

August 28, 2013

She was excellent in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. She listened to what I had to say and spoke to me in a very understanding and respectful way.

August 28, 2013

Dr Harald was exceptional and thorough in her time with me.

August 26, 2013

Always professional, courteous, & considers patient input. Have and will recommend others.

August 19, 2013

Dr Harold related well to me and my 19 yr old daughter

August 13, 2013

Very caring doctor.

July 25, 2013

Same great care I received 4 years ago for a different need

July 23, 2013

Good.

July 15, 2013

Great experience, with only one minor gripe. When the doctor left, it was without any sense that we were "done." It would have helped if she had given more of an opportunity for me to ask questions (I had some). She did say that her assistant would come back with some orthotics, but I didn't realize that meant I would have any further opportunity to talk with the doctor.

July 01, 2013

Emily (?Howard) I believe is fairly new to the U. She was very thoughtful and seemed knowledgeable. I saw her for an injured knee and appreciated the fact that she was still very pro running/fitness. I was given an apt with her when I could not get into my regular doc-Amy Powell. She included me in the decision making.

July 01, 2013

Dr. was friendly and knowledgeable

July 01, 2013

The provider just kind of left the room at the end. Without an official "you're done". It was kind of weird.

June 25, 2013

Wonderful doctor.

April 16, 2013

She didn't explain what I could do or what I should avoid. She didn't even try to understand why it happened. The appointment made me feel like an inconvenience. She didn't even go over my X-rays with me. Its sad when I get more information from a friend who had the issue than a physician who is suppose to be an expert care provider. I wasted my money to be treated like I wasn't worth her time.

April 15, 2013

Dr. Harold had very limited eye contact with me.

April 15, 2013

Loved the dr!

April 15, 2013

This was one of the best Dr. visits I have ever had. It started with no wait time and I felt like everyone was happy to help and friendly.

April 12, 2013

Emily always explains things well and listens to what I say.

March 05, 2013

Dr. Harold spent about 5 minutes with me for my burstis. She didn't explain anything to me and just sent me on my way with a paper of some excersizes to do, and she didn't even give me this paper, she sent the MA in with it after she left. It was rotten of her to do that.

February 25, 2013

MY provider was very thorough and knowledgable and very kind with her care.

February 05, 2013

I'm quite happy with the doctor. She has been very pleasant & professional.

February 04, 2013

I really feel comfortable with Dr. Harold

January 15, 2013

The doctor was clear in explaining the MRI results. But I didn't feel I received adequate information on what can be done to relieve the problem. She answered my questions, but I don't think I asked the right question. I left more confused than before I arrived.

January 08, 2013

VERY INFORMATE WILLING TO EXPLAIN IN DETAILS

November 26, 2012

She was very brief and seemed rushed. I had to ask her to explain most concepts, which she would do and do well, but had to be prompted for virtually all parts of each concept. I believe she is very knowledgable, but I did not receive a very good impression and would not recommend others to her.

November 26, 2012

The doctor was a very nice, concerned person making me feel that she was in no hurry to move on. She was very concerned to see if past problems had a bearing on my current problem. I would not have any problems going back to her.

November 18, 2012

When I need my doctor she's always busy .if I need to make app. I have to wait for a month so I can see her .i love my doctor .i don't want to make app. With another doctor.

November 14, 2012

diagnosis from note from Dr Stonebruner from xray, was different from the diagnosis the Dr gave me. Was a little confused, but maybe I didn't understand the letter

November 14, 2012

Overall, I am quite happy with the care provided by Dr. Harold.

October 23, 2012

I found the provider to be knowledgeable and caring.

October 12, 2012

Dr. Harold was excellent!!!!! Very cortious, Very patient, One of the best appointments I've ever had

October 12, 2012

Dr Harold discussed what I could expect from the shots, that as long I'm having good results I may not need to have surgery for many years.

October 02, 2012

Dr. Harold was very professional and was also quite friendly.

October 01, 2012

Dr. Harold was personable, straight up, and talked to me like I had common sense.

September 25, 2012

Dr Harold is so down to earth and explains things at the patient's level

September 04, 2012

Dr. Emily Harold rocks! Would definately recommend her!

September 04, 2012

Staff was very friendly helpful and prompted getting me in and out normally do not do survey but awsom service so I need to let you know

August 21, 2012

Dr. Harold was terrible. She was either apathetic to my medical problem or she didn't want to get her hands dirty. Very little time was spent with me, many questions were never answered and what few questions were answered, weren't answers at all.

June 16, 2012

Dr. Harold asked relevant questions and from there tested a few areas to uncover the cause of my pain. She told me what the diagnosis is, and explained what it meant and what is likely to have caused it. She said the pain could be treated with a steroid injection, but we both agreed that was unnecessary at this point. She prescribed physical therapy, which I was able to schedule immediately.

April 25, 2012

Professional. Pleasant demeanor.

April 14, 2012

Dr. Harold spent the smallest ammount of time with me that was possible for her to assess my issue. She more interested in intreacting with her PA than me. She left to get some supplies, came back, gave them to me and just walked away. Her manner was very disinterested after she determined that my issue was minor. However, the advice & supplies she provided were very helpfull.

April 14, 2012

, I expressed issues with both my ankle and knee but that the knee had finally brought me in. I would have appreciated some information about the knee but that was never brought up after I talked about it.

March 03, 2012

The doctor was very good in explaining what the issue was and how to best treat.

February 29, 2012

keep up the good work!

February 10, 2012

I was very pleased with this doctor. She was very competent, capable, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend her.

February 10, 2012

Ms. Harold listened to me and heard me. Grateful for her service.
