    The entire Staff at U of U works as a team at all times, with positive attitudes and usualy with extrememly happy natures. The Neuro teams and all teams at the U of U were the most profesional, and personal of any mediacal facilty I have experineced. The staff ratio to patient ratio must be the absolute highest in the entire nation. The quality of care was second to none. I was attended to with the greatest of care, and smiles abounded. I called my Neuro surgery team the "Dream Team" They pulled off what was quoted by a few members as possibly the most complex and successful endoscopic brain (and much more) surgeries of NF2 tumors they have performed to date. Dr Alt was nothing short of a magician, Dr Cauldwell was the same even though he wasn' t the lead surgean was the lead for knowledge and experience. Dr Warner (my absolute favorite Dr in any practice was pivital consulting with an emergency Neuro surgery team who ammased, prepaiared and hovered around my room for over 2 h
