My areas of clinical expertise are in the delivery of general anesthesia, sedation techniques, and regional anesthesia for a wide variety of clinical conditions and surgeries. In addition to delivering anesthesia for a wide variety of surgical cases I have two areas of specific expertise. I am the head of liver transplant anesthesia, and have served in this capacity since the start of the liver transplant program at the University of Utah in December 2005. I am also the director of anesthesia services for the recently opened University of Utah South Jordan Operating Room, and have served in this position since the opening of the surgical center for cases in January 2012.
