Tad Bergen saw me very promptly, answered all my questions, tested my hearing aids to make sure they were working well, adjusted the balance for me, and was very supportive and caring. The first time I met with him, I had discovered I had colon cancer just an hour before. I received a call from Huntsman while in his office. He has been incredibly supportive and caring, adjusting my appointments for my cancer surgery and hospitalizations. I highly recommend him!

Dr Bergen is an excellent audiologist. He connected with my daughter and made my her feel right at ease. Before he began the testing he made sure that she understood what was going to happen. Throughout the testing he told jokes and made sure she was comfortable. Dr Bergen is a great Audiologist. He cares about his patients and went out of his way to make sure the test results were forwarded to the Dr that needed them. He explained the results to us and even walked us out afterwards. We couldn't have asked for better care.

Dr. Bergen listens to my concerns, checks my equipment (hearing aids) ,explains everything understandably, and is always cheerful and encouraging.

Tad is an excellent audiologist. His knowledge and experience are evident in the way he seeks to optimize the effectiveness of the hearing aids. He really goes the extra mile to be sure the patient is well cared for and that he has explained things completely. He gives realistic advice on what to expect in using hearing aids, so that the patient does not misunderstand or have unrealistic expectations. He is very personable and does his best to help his patients.

Tad Bergen is a very kind and personable, provider. He spent time listening to my hearing loss timeline, testing my hearing, and advising me on the best hearing aids for my insurance. He also made an extra effort to fit me in on a busy day, so that I have my hearing aids before my fist cancer appt at Huntsman. He's very professional and yet put me right at ease.

He confirmed my hearing loss and was excited to help me find a device that would correct my hearing. Tad had a keen interest in making sure that the hearing aids were exactly what I needed. He took time to ask questions, make adjustments, test how well they worked for me, made additional adjustments, demonstrated how to control the volume with my phone, and addressed every concern I had. He is really dedicated to ensuring that I understood what to expect, how to work with them, and then scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks to see how things go. He made sure to answer all my questions (which there were many), and made me feel comfortable. I'm thrilled that I can hear better with my new hearing aids. The previous aids (which I purchased elsewhere) were very uncomfortable and I hated wearing them. I'm surprised what a difference these have been! Tad is very personable and made the process so much easier and nicer than I expected. The U is lucky to have him!

Dr. Bergen was excellent. I had several questions which he patiently answered. He explained the pros and cons of different types of hearing aids, what colors would be best.

Tad has been a dream to work with throughout my hearing aid journey. He clearly explained what I needed, and what would be the best for me, without pressuring me to purchase more expensive items. He's been extremely helpful in fitting my hearing aids, and even helped me with phone settings to better play audio from my phone, to my hearing aids better.
