Dr. Bergen was right on time. He was very compassionate as I got a call from Huntsman during my appt. I had been informed I had cancer an hour before my appt. He confirmed my hearing loss and was excited to help me find a device that would correct my hearing. I was very impressed with him during my 2 previous appts and look forward to having my hearing aids next week.

Very considerate in every way. Explained things clearly so there could be no misunderstanding. Would go to him and recommend to any one I know who is having hearing problems. Thank you.

Tad had a keen interest in making sure that the hearing aids were exactly what I needed. He took time to ask questions, make adjustments, test how well they worked for me, made additional adjustments, demonstrated how to control the volume with my phone, and addressed every concern I had. He is really dedicated to ensuring that I understood what to expect, how to work with them, and then scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks to see how things go. Tad is the ultimate in audiologists; dedicated, knowledgeable, and devoted to the best in service.

He's been extremely helpful in fitting my hearing aids, and even helped me with phone settings to better play audio from my phone, to my hearing aids better.
