Very professional. But she was also able to speak to me very person to person. She was not robotic. She explains things in a way that you can understand them the first time. She includes you in you care. She really was top notch.

I prefer a more compassionate provider and one without getting upset at me for not having a med list in front of me when I had previously updated my information before the visit. She should have pulled the info up on her computer. And I didn't care for her saying she couldn't changed my meds without me having a list in front of me. That wasn't necessary since my meds had been adjusted a week before. Then there was another issue about my lab work.

Chidiebere Iheanacho became my favorite healthcare employee in the heart failure clinic in just one appointment. She is so friendly and asks all the right questions with appropriate responses and makes the appointment feel less heavy and stressful. She knew what she was talking about and included us in the conversation. She somehow made it fun to be there. I loved her!

Major language barrier issue. I could not understand what she was saying. It seemed she was having issues understanding me as well.
